If you decide to return one of your received products, we demand to fill in the return form and send it with the product to us. Returns without this form will not be handled. Please find the return form here.

• Returns must be returned within 21 days of receipt.
• All products must be unworn and in good condition.
• Watch for stains, damage and/or strong odors.
• The tag must not be detached.
• The return form must be completed in full. When approved, it will be returned and reimbursed.
• Return costs are made on your own account.
• Returns must be returned in the complete original condition

**Please send your order in its complete original state with all attachments including: certificate, etc. If not we cannot refund your payment.**

We will process your return within 10 days of receiving the package. You will receive the refund via the same payment method. We can only accept orders which have not been tampered with and are in their original state.

We recommend that you always send your return package to us with a track and trace code. For example, if the package is lost, we can start an investigation with the delivery service.
